In comparison to what?
You're welcome
It's got nothing to do with me. My last assault charge was 2015 I think.
It's a direct reflection of failing to secure sovereignty from invaders, and then failing to do anything about the expected results out of fear of being called "racist".
Mostly because it's become a place with an extreme amount of changes in statistics, foreign demographics & cultures/beliefs, violent crime and arresting people for memes or criticizing the failure to do anything about crime & immigration, or humiliating politicians with memes.
Crime rates are specifically in relation to RETAIL crime.
Period being compared to, as he/she acknowledges is 20/21 - a period noteworthy for having NO SHOPS OPEN.
Pure genius level ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ there.
The crime rate in the United Kingdom is 84 per 1,000 people as of September 2024, excluding Scotland. The overall UK crime rate saw an a decrease of 4.0% from the previous period ending September 2023.

op is a fake news bot
Crime rates can be manipulated by authorities.
For example one of the UKs largest police forces simply "neglected" to record 80,000 crimes in order to keep it's crime rate low.

The only real statistic you can trust is homicide rate and that has exploded over the last 50 years.
50 years well yeah of course, the population here 50 years ago was nothing like today
50 years lol
haha
ha
marking you as a fake news bot too
The population hasn't doubled in 50 years yet the homicide rate is around 120% higher...
Why do you think that is?
I know it's hard to go against what your criminology lecturer tells you at your polytechnic university but try to apply some critical thinking to the situation - the only statistic you can trust which is somewhat hard wired is homicide, either someone was murdered or they weren't and this is recorded on a death certificate.
