well i dont know, i guess ill have to play every game on steam and then decide. to answer serious though theres some games nobody has ever heard of with like 1 negative review, those ones are probably the worst.

into the radius 2, devs seem to not care about that game at all, they release updates that make the coop impossible to play, seems like they boot it up and if it doesn't instantly crash then they release it

Well ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Telengard isn't on Steam - I think. As to what is on Steam and is generally horrible, obviously The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion and Fallout 3 come to mind. I personally hate the former and the latter is such a godawful mess that to this day I've still not done the DLC.

Other than that though? Any game that's an obvious asset flip as well as most mobile and console ports. In the case of the former, Valve shouldn't permit that ♥♥♥♥ on the storefront to begin with. In the case of the latter, I'm just against most manner of multiplat and mobage being on PC to begin with.

There are some exceptions but only because I have to avoid gacha like the ♥♥♥♥♥♥' plague as that's how I almost developed a gambling addiction.

I can think of a few that are objectively the worst from ethical and legality standpoint, asset flips, or exploitative games, or ones which contained literal malware. But those have long since been banned off Steam entirely.

It's hard to say besides those really since the few bad games I've come across weren't bad games necessarily they were ones I didn't like or had a slightly stupid premise. They wouldn't be worthy of the title of worst game on Steam though, not even close.
