^This^ was the clarification to OP's claim, yet everyone decided to glaze over it.

Either you all love sensationalism or your eyes are there for decoration.

Here in the UK we have "anti terrorism" laws, that on principle seem reasonable, the problem is these laws are used for purposes that they were never intended, an example is local government use these laws to spy on what people are putting in their bins and fining them if they put something in the wrong bin.
We also have some goodies from the patriot act v1 and v2, where gangs can be labelled as terrorists (and the definition of 'gang' is up to interpretation), surveillance to prevent terrorism extends as far as spying on citizens, etc.

Harassment towards anyone (sans celebrities) is illegal.
Square Enix is a company that needs to sell products to stay afloat; to make those products, they need employees.

I understand how this precedent can be shifted to a abuse of power, but protecting employees in the face of 'active' harassment should be (and is) acceptable. If they can't, you end up with a toxic work environment akin to the stories you hear of Blizzard and Annapura and you lose good employees and gain a bad reputation.

As for the offenders: If you're a nuisance in a store, the employees at the store can have the cops escort you off the property and have you sign a restraining order. This is the digital version of that.

i dont deny that, but later i check her info and unfortunally they are 99% true :^(

example asmond was banned from dragon age reddit and the guy just post first time in this forum, he was banned because he posted in asmond reddit

From personal experience: developers never ban people who are polite and constructive in their feedback. Can't say about anything related to Reddit though, don't have an account there. But regardless of social platform, I'd also ban people if they did nothing but trash-talk my work. And Asmongold's tone is pretty hostile and unpleasant, I can't watch his videos for longer than 20-ish seconds.
sorry dude, but i experience similar experience, a sub reddit ban me, because i posted in kotakuinaction, so i can confirm the bad experience for asmond

the guy is not banned because he is asmond, but because he posted in asmond sub reddit, so yes dragon age reddit ban you if you post in sub reddit they dislike

Exactly, the minority audience is trying to control the majority. That's what it is about.
I love when people are right, but not the way they think they are.

I guess that's what some call 'criticism'.
when microsoft post not sexy waifu, you can worry about video game future, good new xbox collapsing, bad new if sony follow same rule we have big problem

Should Square Enix determine that an individual has engaged in an action against one of our employees or partners that exceeds socially acceptable behavior or is harmful, we reserve our right to cease providing support services or to refrain from providing our group's products and services.
Where such action is egregious or with malicious intent, Square Enix reserves its right to protect its employees and partners and to take legal action or criminal proceedings upon consulting the police and/or lawyers. Actions which Square Enix considers customer harassment or to exceed socially acceptable behavior or is harmful include, but are not limited to, the following examples:

Harassment:
Act of violence, violent behavior
Abusive language, intimidation, coercion, duress, excessive pursuit or reprimand
Defamation/slander, denial of personality, personal attack (including email, contact in contact form, comment or post on the internet), advance notice of wrongdoing, advance notice of obstruction of business
Persistent inquiries, repeated visits
Trespassing by visiting or staying in an office or related facility without permission
Unlawful restraint including via telephone calls and online inquiries
Discriminatory speech and conduct regarding race, ethnicity, religion, family origin, occupation, etc.
Infringement of privacy by taking pictures or making video recordings without consent
Sexual harassment, stalking, repeated stalking behavior

Undue demand:
Unreasonable changes or exchange of product or request for monetary compensation
Unreasonable response or request for an apology (including face-to-face response or request for an apology specifying the position of our employee or partners)
Excessive requests for the provision of products and services exceeding socially accepted norms
Unreasonable and excessive demands for punishment of our employees

*This policy is a translation of our original Japanese policy based upon Japanese law. The policy is applicable globally in accordance with local laws and regulations.
"socially acceptable behavior" is kind of iffy to me... means they can accuse you of anything if enough people dogpile on a situation. Cancel culture in a nutshell.

"Undue demand" I have an issue with this as well. People should be able to complain or demand money back. It does not even limit itself to its own platform, so if they see a comment in social media and can connect you to an account you can be cut off from products or services you have paid for already.

That seems pretty wrong to me

Video game future seems pretty bright to me. Maybe you're constraining yourself to a very narrow view of what 'videogames are'

There's lots of sexy waifus outside of MS games for you.
Only way to be sure is tp buy physical cartridges like switch. Cant retroactively disable or prevent u from playing your game

Includes but not limited to, so could ban players for anything they feel like. Guessing they just want toxic positivity. So bad for mental health and profits.

This, but apparently people don't seems to realize or are fine with it as long as it don't target them directly.

There was a meme from Nazi Germany "As long as they don't come for me"
What would they ban you from?

Oh, I saw the official wording. It's very broad. It could cover just about anything.
Just like a Steam moderator message, or a horoscope might do.
