And those Valve employees are spread across game development (181), hardware (41), and Steam (79). Yes, believe or not, the largest gaming marketplace in the world is managed by just 79 people.

Can anyone explain what all those folks at Ubisoft are doing? Might be one of the reasons why the company is currently preparing for bankruptcy.

Ubisoft have made more games than Valve has over the last 7 years.

2017: AC Origins
2018: AC Odyssey
2019: Immortals, and Division 2 (I think it was 2019)
2020: AC Valhalla
2025: AC Shadows

Valve also produces next to nothing. They have made 2 games in the last 10 years and one was a huuuge failure.

they have enough people to run a middle size factory, ubisoft, I hope they can keep up with how they have been operating their business instead of going into bankrupt.

EA has the bad management that every time they make a game they have to start all over again and when there's only 2 5 months left of the deadline, that's when they think they can fix everything. Which in the end shows not to be the case.

You may not think much about it but Russia said that the west are a bunch of homosexual people and why they make games for them.

Then they release these games made in Russia and China as LGBT, knowing that it's all propaganda created in other countries to make the competition drowned in bad reputation knowing that they don't have what it takes to make videogames.
