Well it is supposed to be survival horror.

Like in real-life, doesn't matter how strong you are, it only takes one sneak attack and you're done for.

It's actually not really that hard. It's one of my favorite games, other than The Long Dark, and The Last Of Us.

Game is only hard if you have ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stats, ihave a tryhard build where i have bad stats but if you spawn in with a build that boost your nimble stat or go for a Axeman build with decent base strenght you are like unstoppable.

Also build 42 added armor with perfect bite defense and buffed guns, the game never was as easy as it's current state.

its completely changed.

it reminds me of the old days in Guild Wars 2 where they had so many enemies present in the zhaitan story arc maps that you couldn't progress without a full group. outnumbered 8 to 1 every turn you took. one step would aggro them all lol.

I can give you strategies to deal with early zombies, just lure them all in the forest and lose them, loot and get away, this is one of the best strategies in the game to deal with them early, you could also try to burn them (but they made this harder with random zombie speed) or use guns, it work with any character.
