Maybe a few generations into the future, men can help raise and stabilize the world birth rate if the population becomes to low on Earth to uphold civilization?

There are major technology breakthroughs happening every year. And technology is advancing faster and faster.

Japan and Korea are suffering massive burnout as the younger generations are shackled to work in order for their older parents to live a carefree life, Also society isn't becoming less child/nuclear family friendly but it is a massive economic gamble to have a child let alone enough make a dent.

People will start having kids when it is again practically affordable to have kids. It's about money, not about rights and a supply and demand ratio in the labor force. Nobody cares about the supply and demand of the labor force, they care about not ending up homeless because they reproduced as a consequence for the cost of reproduction. Fix the money, and everything else will fall into place. That's the problem though...mfs won't fix the money, because that means that they have to play fairly.
