California is burning under Gavin Newsom
The incompetence of the Democrat party continues. How can a governor not be prepared for something like this in 2025? It's not even worth mentioning Joe Biden, because he is probably on vacation like usually. President-elect Donald Trump, and even highly respected actors like James Woods are calling out Newsom for his incompetence.

Trump exposed Gavin Newsom's incompetency months ago.

What happened to the funds to build another reservoir from 10 years ago?
Same thing as the high speed rail. Nothing gets built, it disappears, goes into peoples pockets, never gets investigated.
Care to expand on which project you are refering to?

Read the post again. It's literally mentioned in exactly what you quoted.

The entire project was supposed to be completed with extreme haste, and the fact I'm discussing its non-complete status 17 years later displays the standard gross use of taxpayer dollar to never complete projects. It's a single project in phases; IOS (not the operating system), phase 1, phase 2, and the vegas-LA/ontario portion. It has failed to produce, and supposedly has only finished 22 miles of "guideway".

There was even a freeway project that took years to build, million and millions of dollars, and they tore it down because they couldn't properly get to accidents primarily because it was so terribly designed that the end of a one-lane dual-wall (no entering/exiting) was at a major highly visited exit with about 30-50 feet to reach said exit.

Now looking at firefighting and preventative maintenance, it hasn't been done. There's also the matter that several people were caught setting this fire, one was arrested, several others were filmed shows it's a mix between failure to manage/do the expected duties properly, and being way too lenient on crime.

Basically a bunch of union leaders got paid for no-show jobs so that money can be routed back into donations for the elections of the people who awarded those no-show jobs. Basic organized crime ♥♥♥♥.

There's also that people from california have traveled out of state to start fires, including a california professor, and other individuals like the one that set 80 fires in nevada.

Arson in california and arsonists going to neighbor states to start fires is a massive problem.

This is what Trump warned about during his interview with Joe Rogan. California had all that water that could have prevented this tragedy, yet the leadership let it flow into the Pacific Ocean. 5 years of dead leaves and forests left unattended and this is the result.

Also the time that they put carcinogenic plastic balls into the reservoir to prevent evaporation instead of doing something useful like making a structure over it such as a solar farm, to generate power and reduce evaporation from direct sunlight. It would've generated power which they so desperately need, away from trees/bushes/dead foilage, and kept the water supply more intact.
You needed education a long time ago. Tried to do it my self but white people are always too busy driving a car :/

Don't worry, the Democrat fanatics will try to find a way to defend Gavin Newsom, even if LA burns down completely.
It's amazing to witness.

They'll always say that California is rich, therefore good, even though quality of life has been steadily deteriorating and they've been losing both people and business for years.
It's good that Biden is still president because Trump has a tendency to threaten that he'll withhold aid to states suffering from natural disasters, for political reasons and points. We saw that during his first term.
