Anyone know a timer that switchs back and forth?

Set timer 2 for 3 minutes
Every time timer 1 goes off it switchs to timer 2 and visa versa

I was thinking a times relay or a power switch timer. You can also get smart power plugs and program the timer in an app (I use this for my house when going overseas to give my property the illusion that's its being occupied).
