That's not how it works. Suspicious rhymes with delicious, not with austacious.
You know how it's generally assumed that nothing rhymes with "orange"? Not true. "Strange" actually rhymes with "orange" in a specific kind of rhyme.
Both words have three syllables, but only the first and last syllables rhyme, so this not a perfect rhyme. Imperfect rhymes (slant rhymes) are still useful though, so it's still a type of rhyme.
I find that hard to believe. What would be an example of this kind of rhyme?
