It feels like such a huge relief. I have always been bad at games i even use trainers when i play single player games. Torday i deicided to delete all my games on my external hard drives and i feel much happier by doing so. I have always get shot when i play call of duty multiplayer and i suck at apex legends.

If singleplayer, use easy mode if you must, the option is there for a reason. There's no shame in using what the developers intend for you to use.

Don't be so hard on yourself, nobody can be great at every game, we all have off days. No matter how hard we try, the game doesn't want to be nice

Try broadening your horizons and playing a new type of game, watch some videos or read some guides from players that have more experience in the game, that's all it takes, experience, the more you learn, the better you become.
