I played on console, is it worth replaying on here?
The Long Dark, Green Hell, and Project Zomboid to name a few.

Depends on what you consider fun? I didn't find Dark Souls 3 to be all that fun. Tedious and repetitive, and not even all that hard. It's an issue I have with most RPGs too.

plants vs zombies
One of the civilization series, Total War series, Ages of Empire series. When it comes to strategy games, the PC is better than any console due to the mouse and keyboard being a better system for the games. Really there is little reason to buy a game you already on on the console, yes you might be more accurate once you figure out how to use the mouse and keyboard, but it will take a little while to learn in a FPS.

Remember, you can use a controller on your PC, so there is no reason to avoid typical console games either.

Sekiro, BTD 6 (to relax), Terraria, Elden Ring, Stardew Valley, Celeste, Castle Story, burnout Paradise and others
Look at the awards and grab all the winners. Probably something there for you to enjoy.

Edit: Also be sure to purchase any game people deem "woke". You'll be popular.

You're supposed to answer with what you think is fun and then recommend it to him -- and then he will check it out.

That's how this works. Your social skills go down the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ or something from being terminally on Steam?
"How dare you share your opinion on a game mentioned in a suggestions thread on a discussion forum. Shame on you".

"ItS SubJeCtIvE" is such a snot nose freshman thing to say or imply here.

@OP Check out Mount and Blade, the old ones and Bannerlord. They're great medieval sandbox games if you're into that.
Thank you all for the suggestions i will make sure to check them all out
