It's pretty crazy that after all of this time, and things like this happening, they still have not put up barriers to prevent stuff like this from happening. I hope that the one who pushed him goes to jail for the rest of his pathetic life.

And then the city knowingly files charges against someone who stood up to such people, and saved lives, as if to say the city itself will take steps to try to destroy the life of anyone who tried to defend against these crimes. Crime will go up, because few people will want to be put through the ordeal NYC put Daniel Penny through.
