both public ownership and private ownership put the markets into the hands of a few, due to the nature of the markets, and the demands of the global market further greatly impedes the feasibility of ownership being decentralised
cooperative ownership is pretty cool, I'd like to see more of that
Left-communism is actually the best one. Most people who are into it are more purely Marxist because the mainstream doesn't give a ♥♥♥♥ about it. It promotes self-organization.
You can also consider classical social democracy, a more statist brother of left-communism which had a lot of great communist ideologies liek Spartacism.
I don't think you could even have socialism in the United States unless it collapses or is on the brink of collapse.
My problem with communists and socialists is that you'll bring up a problem and they'll say the solution is socialism/communism when we both know that's not happening anytime soon. It feels like many communists and socialists live in a fantasy land of theory that can't be applied accurately except in perfect conditions.
When people ask communists questions or try to learn more, especially online (the internet is something communists should really be taking advantage of more), people actually get shut down for being assumed to be asking in "bad faith," or not being educated enough. When people try to do things in real life, online theory-obsessed communists point and laugh about how uneducated they are.
Considering the internet is going to be the main place people encounter communists and socialists, that is a really bad look.
They just really can't figure out how to connect to common people, even online, which is astounding when you've got people like Andrew Tate running around living rent free in people's heads. At this point I'm partially convinced they don't want to because they don't actually like the common person or want to be associated with them.
The US is not a capitalist country
If it was big corporations buying out everything wouldn't exist
Capitalism encourages small businesses to thrive. Anytime the government interferes it's no longer capitalism.....
People always say fallout is a critique on capitalism... When it's literally not
When and where did this happen?
Also, yeah, Fallout isn't a critique on capitalism or communism. I'd say it's a commentary on human nature and war and critiques both aspects.
If it was about socialism, You had the best workers rights in the world, and the most fair pay, and the least wage gap, most vacations, and whatnot...
If any CEO deals with some politician isn´t socialism, because they unlikely negotiate about better workers pay, or anything which is really about the betterment of the society.
You forgot the word 'In' in the beginning of sane.
