Of course they don't, because they make up the "rights" as they go, which ever happen to be most convenient at the time, and which ever demands will be the most divisive. Either they can express the things they should have a right to, so they can be discussed and debated openly, and accurately, or their pleas should be completely disregarded for their lack of any real substance.
