Goodbye apple music. Done with your garbage app.
Stupid apple music keeps on disconnecting and connecting my bluetooth over and over. NON STOP.

I don't have any problems with youtube or any other thing that requires sound over bluetooth earbuds.

I'm glad apple music is the only apple product I've used. Never going to touch another apple product again.

So here are the differences between apple and tidal.

Sound is definitely better on tidal. And my earbuds is those peasant type, yet I can hear a ton of details like bass and cymbals.

Speed is also better on tidal. Even when I quickly switch between songs on mobile, it starts immediately. With apple there is always a 3 - 5 sec delay when switching songs.

Search is also more intuitive on tidal. For example, If I search for "AC" it instantly suggested AC/DC to me which is what I want. With apple, it'll suggest some garbage song or artist to me.

Most important is SOUND NORMALIZATION on tidal so all songs play at the same volume. With apple, I had to constantly manipulate volume control in order to not go deaf.

Will update as I explore more. Now I need to import my years of spotify playlist to tidal first.

In the meantime, screw you apple! You lost a customer!

This is why i like music files and hate streaming sites cause if the internet goes out or i'm out in the woods i still got tunes.

You need to buy CD from amazon to rip it to a SSD in FLAC first.

Buying CD can get expensive very very quickly. And it takes up a lot of space.
There are sites that sell flac files. But since i had my cd collection from the 90's all i had to do was rip them. But have bought a few off hdtracks.

And how much do those cost? Are you even sure they are not selling pirated stuff?

No hdtracks is legit and their files are drm free. And they are about the same price as a cd so around 15 dollars. They also have single files to purchase. I don't deal in piracy as i feel the artists deserve every penny for their music. They have been around since 2008.

I only got like 5 or 6 albums from there that i didn't have in my collection. What took the most time is ripping over 800 albums to flac. I also bought dbpoweramp that helped with the flac file tags and album art. And love their accurip feature which helps with scratched cds.

Spotify quality SUCKS. Who the hell listens to MP3 like some dirty pirate anymore?

I want lossless CD quality music.

Once you try apple or tidal, the quality will be you run away from spotify forever.

I've tried YT music before. it's the worst of the lot. The quality, UI and UX looks like it was made by some intern.

The quality of the music sounds like it was made during WW2.

(i just use it for music vidoes though but you are right they didnt change anything about it even to make it better)

then you should download music that would be better
I'm convinced OP is in his 40's to still use CD
If you ever get back in to flac files check out poweramp on the play store great music player.
