I believe what we are living thru is the new normal.

High prices: Groceries. Car and truck notes. Gasoline. Homes. Rent.

I could go on. Trump isn't going to magically make eggs or your rent cheaper, or like it was 10 years ago. Heck, even 5 years ago. In fact, Trump could make the situation worse with the tariffs that he has threatened, but we will have to wait and see.

My point: This is the new normal. Prices are only going to go much higher, which will weaken the US dollar. Inflation may ramp up. Just don't expect to see a 50% reduction in your groceries, or $500 shaved off your rent. I just do not see that happening.

We are going to see the largest gap ever between the have nots, which makes up the MAJORITY of Americans and the wealthy. Which only makes up the 1%.

I wouldn't go that far, but it's definitely the easiest time if you got a brain on your shoulders and see the obvious connection to inflation and asset prices. You could be perma buying bitcoin, not even caring about the 4 year refinancing cycle, and you'd be rich af in 10 years.

Like what is america going to do, default on their debt? No lol, they'll just keep on printing. Which means assets will keep going up in price.

Buy a tent? You're a hobo, the guard at the front of the store won't let a hobo get in to shoplift. And what are you going to do with that tent? Sleep on the road? Congrats you're now a criminal which will land you either in jail (You're now a convicted criminal looking for a job) or fined and in further debt.

It's easy to give lessons from the comfort of your home.

Not only am I paying rent, I still have 25k left in student loans. Paid down about 1/2. Got ruined in a divorce, pay child support while paying to do stuff with my kids, I did luck out and my girlfriend and I split rent but it's still $800/mo just for a roof. Car breaks? Walk and save up. Need something? Buy it when you're able to. I used to split a broken down house with a couple crazy redneck girls. We split it 3 ways even though it was not a pleasant couple years. Anything is possible.

You're a lot closer to being homeless than you realize, boy...

Let's hope you won't ever have to find out just how close you are.
