Regardless, I suppose you could be a fake incel though. I remember in the Simpsons, Principal Skinner had a love affair with Mrs. Krabappel in the episode Grade School Confidential[en.wikipedia.org]. They get caught making out by the class and superintendent Chalmers threatens to fire them both, so in order to save his and Edna's careers, he ends up confessing that he is a 44 year old virgin.
The noteworthy thing is that Superintendent Chalmers remarks that nobody would lie about that afterwards, which left me with the impression that Skinner had indeed lied about it,. It's hard to say with the nature of television being what it is though.
So a a fake incel could use assumed incel status to shield themselves from claims of taboo affairs.
