voice therapy. people go to it for a variety of reason, often for therapy after surgeries or for help in changing their natural pitch.

look up voice therapy/trainers in your area. some of them are kind of pseudoscience gurus, so try and being a bit selective. there are professionals though who can be assisting with this type of thing, if you are serious.

Funny answer: Smoke Cigarettes.

Truthful answer: Just accept you don't have a deep voice, everyone has insecurities about something, but accepting them and moving past them creates a confident aura and people can pick up on it.
