Twitch Viewers: Have you ever donated over $500-1000 to a streamer?

Collectively? I'd estimate about 600-800 dollars total. With the largest to a single streamer being about 250. Primarily, I wanted to support the streamer. I don't regret it. For the interim, not much.

I've spent less than $100 at Twitch. I've subscribed to a few streamers and spent some bits, but probably won't re-sub. I love watching girl streamers play horror games and VN's but they will play a little bit of my favorites and then never finish them.

They all want to play the latest FPS games like Fortnight and Helldivers. It's boring to watch them play those. Play a VN and narrate a good story and I'll come watch, or at least listen.

One of the reasons I still watch videos from Manlybadasshero is he exclusively plays horror games, many of them VN's, and he plays them all the way through. His channel is a gold mine. I've been watching his videos for almost 10 years.

I give money once a year to AGDQ to help whatever charity they're raising money for, and speedruns are just fun to watch in general. Better than I ever could be at those games.

This is why I dislike most vtubers. They just play minecraft and fotm ♥♥♥♥ nonstop. Even if they have a cool personality, and I don’t dislike them as a person or anything, they still end up just resorting to playing the same ♥♥♥♥.

And yeah they also don’t finish it either, like ffs.

Although VNs are hard because it’d be so easy to spoil something, so I at least understand that.

For one I do not have the means to donate that much and even if I did it has to be a streamer I really enjoy and is a huge fan of.

I remember when getting my first 20 dollar donation. I was so excited I left my room and told my dad about it. Sadly twitch takes a portion of that money so I only got 10 dollars.
