serious question from the uniformed, is this actually a thing? i guess i was thinking this thread was a meme. do peoples actually do this? i mean i cannot judge them for the tattoo itself, but i can only picture how horrific it must be to have the tattoo done.

what is the "legal grey area" here then? in terms of things like sexual harassment or medical stuff because of such a sensitive internal area being tattooed.
