Medicine is basically guaranteed. There's always a shortage of them.

Construction pays a lot if you work hard and make a name for yourself. It also keeps you fit as it is a mascular type of job and no need to go to the gym.
So these guys in a black car wearing suits pulled up and asked me if I knew any theoretical physicists. I said I'm theoretically a physicist. They asked me how much I knew about nuclear science and I told them I know as much as the next guy. They said "you're hired".

When you date a girl the first thing she will ask you is what can you do ? This is when you can say a whole lot of things, or say nothing.
