IDK as a guy the women come to me for that stuff usually, and it's easy to tell.

Some like banter like sexual talk but it's for fun and never going to happen as I don't want it and neither do they, although could be bluffing. It's about loyalty to our partners.

Some like affection as a way to say they love you as a friend and this is beautiful, I like hugs and to greet people I love that way too.

Some are quite detached with everyone but a very small circle. Always respect boundaries.

Friendly is usually vague and appropriate for anyone.

Flirting is usually more direct and leading to further the relationship. In most cases it's more intimidate and sexy.
