I'm tired of the anti woke crowd.

They're filled with racists, coomers, people who make thousands of accounts pretending to be Japanese to basically cancel culture devs, etc.

I have started to hate the anti woke crowd because of the disaster of the "Anti woke Godot" engine. It was just so ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hilarious seeing some inc*ls rage at a literal joke. And also the many "This will save gaming" type posts.

What I hate is corporate or forced progressivism, by the way. Cyberpunk 2077 and Glitch Techs are cool to me.

what does japanese have to do with anything? you can't cancel anyone by just being from somewhere

The self-proclaimed "enlightened centrists" are always woke. I don't know Fuki very well but Rump has severe TDS.

Agreed. I was one of the people who lambasted Baldur's Gate 3 for it's clearly post-modern trash like ignoring racial dynamics, but I also made clear this is far from a game-breaking issue just a breach of internal consistency. I love storytelling so that mattered to me but some people went a bit too hard on that. Of course the other end insulted me for....even pointing that out so, yeah.

Both sides are tourists really. Not that I can complain given I never owned BG3 and just used it for social conversation

Pretty much every time people are complaining about "supposed wokeness", because the game isn't catering to THEIR biases and prejudices. Also, it isn't a particular or specific political party that makes developers and publishers design a game a certain way, but simply an appeal to what may or may not sell the most, to the most.

The only "politics" is the politics everyone else keeps shoving into these games because they themselves have an axe to grind and an agenda to push. Maybe if people shut up about "woke", it wouldn't be such a supposed "big problem".
