Cloaking technology.

How long before we get mass produced cloaking technology in something like a jacket? Will it also mean there will be anti cloaking technology?

There is no cloaking technology. This is purely fictional and there is not even a prototype or anything like it.

If you refer to stealth fighters they are not invisible or cloaked. You can just not see them on radar screen but they are fully visible.

So you question is like when do we can grow wings and fly with them.
