More like they have them, but exacted all the easy to reach resources over the last 200 years of industrialization. Between the extra cost to mine them, and environmental regulations it is easier to acquire the resources elsewhere.

same situation in usa and russia and even china, but those countries accept to dirt their hands to use their natural resource

EU chose to turn their land into natural reserve, so in public they show they are clean, but behind they let other dirt their own hands, so instead to made junk in EU, EU ask other countries like china, india, asia to made junk for them

You might as well complain to China as well, since they are acquiring a lot of the resources from Africa now. Believe it or not, Africa has had independent states for a long time, and can negotiate with other countries besides European ones.

Imagine if you had to judge the US by individual state or Russia/India/China by individual provices/states.. then you would see the same.

It would only be fair to compared them with EU and EU have plenty of resources.
Then we have countries outside EU, but still in Europe that have very close dealings with EU.

well no, usually europe assassinates a warlord and throws the country int ochaos when they do.

as far as I understand it, it's China's strategic goal to pay the fair price for the resouces, as this justifies their manufacturing costs and prices as well.
