Characters to draw.

I've been practicing drawing. Was never too good at it but I realise I like drawing cartoon and game characters I find them easier to draw but I'd like a challenge, what's some nice little characters to draw I dont have a particular preference just nothing too detailed as I'm still learning proportions and shading thanks

how about pim and charlie from "smiling friends"? their designs are rather simple.

Pokemon is a good choice for beginning or anything that it stylised from accurate proportions and high details.

...and I should sketch more

Ahaha surprisingly I have also done them! I'd love to but I have to build up a little more confidence ahah. They're only pencil sketch but your suggestions are great! Similar taste I see haha

I have tries drawing some pokemon characters before they definitely are good beginners:)

francis york morgan from deadly premonition. he is just a man with average proportions, and he wears a suit so his clothes are not being particularly complex.
