Microsoft is shutting down Skype this May after 20 years of service opting to effectively replace it with Microsoft Teams
I haven't used Skype in a long time but I'm sure it has alot of memories for others especially among older generations
it lasted long but it just got overtaken by other apps, the neverending circle of life

but i cannot say i am sad to see it go. so many better alternatives came about in the following years. but still, memories.

Amazing how they have OS dominance yet they are completely inept at making a software ecosystem. Goes to show how untalented the current M$ is.
