Hair & eye color, complexion, and noted physical features are all things that the movies already disregarded for a number of characters (in addition to at least a few actually substantial things that were disregarded). If none of those things previously bothered you but the casting of someone with black skin to play Snape does - well then - you should probably reexamine why exactly it is that specific thing 'triggers' you.
The only thing I care about is whether or not the adaptation turns out well.
