Why do many people like fluffy words over tangible action?
I’ve noticed that the fake “how are you”s and “you look so nice”s blah blah blah small talk goes a long way.

Meanwhile, do these fluffy talking people remember you or look out for you? No.

Am I just too autistic or something?

"You look like a million bucks. . . . old, wrinkly and green."

Would be a better salutation.

Yes you are too autistic. I approve.
I'd act all the time, problem is most actions that matters i can't do it alone and i know how useless words can be when the peoples don't listen and do whatever it please them.

On the internet those are articles for engagement, it's just a polite ways to start or hold a conversation. Even offline they're fine ways to give others a chance to speak about themselves.
Tangible action isn't really something you see online, and it's more reserved for less social goals. If you don't wanna talk to people, don't talk to people. Easy.

I don’t do small talk but when I like someone, I have their well being in mind. I start looking out for them starting from the smallest things like saving them a seat. I give gifts based on what I had learned about them. I don’t even do these to get something back in return. Most people at least where I’m from don’t seem to care about these actions.
Did your buy someone socks and they make post on off topic not knowing how to sew into elbow and knee and shoulder and spaces for extra support as would be for self created compression clothing?

No that not you. You'd make them book and give that to them about sewing too.

Baskets....baskets... yes this does not bode well.
*shrug*

Nope that does not seem properly correcting. connecting...?
