Searching for old animated music video
I saw an animated music video (probably on YouTube or similar video platform) many years ago, around 2010 or so. Not sure if it was some sort of music video posted on VIVA, MTV or something like that and uploaded to YouTube or another platform.
This is not an "AMV" (music with Anime scenes)

The video was pretty dark (visuals), it was viewed from the side. A girl (actually a doll or puppet) was running from the left side to the right side, the camera following. She was running away from some sort of mechanical tentacles? Just like the ones from Doctor Octopus. The roboter arms tried to ... repair or implement mechanical parts into other objects? So they weren't necessarily "evil", they just looked scary. At the end I think either the roboter arms caught the doll protagonist or another random doll and they dismantled the doll and assembled new parts?

Music was some kind of Techno/Trance.

Just a bit faster and the tune is a goes higher and not lower
Anyway, it's only that part what sticks in my head, so sadly no idea how the rest of the song sounds like or even if there are any vocals at all.
Best bet is probably the video part, though that one didn't really help my searches. Even asked Chat gpt and reddit (r/tipofmytongue) but with no success.

Damn, Off topic forum has lots of threads. Just a little bump here the first and last time.
Maybe I should put something like "$20 game as gift" in the title next time. x)

Could be anything, perhaps Lain. All I know is you search robot tentacle anime and you find so "interesting" stuff.

Yeah, that's the problem with electronic music. :p This is why I described the visual parts, story and characters, since it's quite unique ...

Oh and the video is not from an Anime, though. This is not about some kind of fan made music video alá "using music track from singer A and using several scenes from different anime" but an actual official music video which is animated, for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cJwsNUoazUg
