Also China can already produce 5nm chips, they don't need Taiwan manufactories. But they still need to take them back home.
But hey, as long as China says something… I mean, they would never outright lie, would they?
To all the BRICS fans. How does being in brics help them.
Brics has no structure, no institutions, no military.
Its not even a real organisation. Its just these countries try to have economic ties and trade with each other.
Or did I miss something?
Helps with the boredom of space taking care of plants.
First things first:
There is only 1 China and its called Taiwan!
Communist China is an evil abomination.
The put about 80 milliion people in concentration camps, harvest organs of political prisoners on an industrial scale and have secret police stations all over the world.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7L9ubuwBDkI
They even invent criminal charges targeting americans and europeans so they terrorize critics even in America and Europe.

The proof is there: Satellite pictures, eye-witness and so on

There are eye-witness and even people who survived and live now in the US
No doubt this thread will now be flooded by paid chinese agents. Just like every other thread here on Steam regarding China.
No trade with communist China. This gives the chinese population the chance of raising up and getting rid of the evil communists.
By trading with China you support concentation camps, murding people for their organs and the secret police stations.
Think about what you are doing!
I would've thought if they were going to seek an alternative food source that they would've chosen India, y'know with B.R.I.C.S. and them being direct neighbors 'n all, although
Might be harder to do that this time around since the Trump administration is trying to reclaim the Panema Canal.
Honestly though, I wouldn't doubt it if you'd tell me that the Chinese Government would rather just let them starve to death than lose face unfortunately. China isn't a nation known for honoring basic human rights.
Playstations aren't just made in China. Some of them are also manufactured in Nagasaki Japan.. Sony's smart enough that they'll figure out the cheapest way to get consoles to the U.S.A., and if they don't I guess there's always xbox. Some of those are manufactured by Taiwan, and more importantly Microsoft is a U.S. based company so they can probably figure out how to make a U.S. based factory work.
Propping up a good allies sounds better for the U.S.A. than doing the same for foreign rivals, and there's an off chance Trump won't issue blanket tariffs on Japan (although he will likely tariff Japanese automakers).
Also regarding P.Cs. the U.S.A.passed the C.H.I.P.S. act under Biden, and more importantly, Intel has fabrication plants in Colorado. They were spun off into a subsidy lately but the facilities exist. Taiwan Semiconductor is also trying to open up fabrication plants in the U.S.A.[www.cnbc.com]
Intel might do well to expand their U.S. operations, particularly since they can never keep those B580 G.P.Us. in stock, and strictly speaking both Nvidia and A.M.D. are U.S. based companies and they already do their business with Taiwan Semiconductor, so we're probably saying that they'll just have their parts made locally if Trump partitions off the U.S.A. from the rest of the world.
Apple's also investing 500 billion in the U.S.A.[www.reuters.com], which is a stark contrast from when Tim Cook said that they weren't in China for cheap labor, but rather the precision tooling and the engineering talent[www.ndtv.com]. Apparently Chinese labor is actually rather quite expensive now, according to him. Granted, his claims are to be taken with a grain of salt considering the massive Foxconn scandle a while back, but still.
It's time for the U.S.A. to turn the tables around on China and bring manufacturing back home, and tariffs may just be the way to seal the deal if applied judiciously.
do not attack china, there is no war.
so ez
that is true, and has been the strategy and point of strategy thus far.
is the central party in agreement about this moving forwards, or is there dissatisfaction? maybe even something like disagreement, in as much as the current environment allows for much of it to be voice.
