i feel like my view on art is extremely unpopular, as i havent yet met anyone who shares the same. I do not think the only factor in something's quality is the skill of all of its parts added together, but rather can be a variable number of elements, some of which I do not know the terms for. I have seen top of the line industry work that has left me forgetting everything about it and I have seen ♥♥♥♥♥♥ ms paint youtube videos that I do commonly come back to and find new things to say about them. I think of media as not just a product but as a form of communication. Said communication can be as simple as "i like dogs" or as complicated as a full rpg.

I think I agree with all of those things but I don't know what you mean about art because that is something specific to you personally.

Probably should've used the word "morality" instead that'll be more appropriate word to say. Its An antonym for "degeneracy" apparently.

Well I definitely feel alone sometimes because of my views and interests. But I'm not giving up on finding a cis female friend who understands me, I'm sure they are out there somewhere.

I think the major issue is how the mainstream part of the internet has become incredibly polarized and you can't just be a person that stands on their own without being a part of a "us" vs "them" group anymore. This is also why I am trying to go back to the more obscure forums and chans and oldschool web as I really hate social media culture and never vibed with it.

I suppose you'll just have to put yourself out there and interact with people and also try to go to the places where you think that people like you hang out.
