If they're old enough to order a drink, they're old enough to drink. Especially if they did serve in the military. Some countries will throw people onto combat before they actually allow them to drink alcohol. Yet if they get shot in combat, they'll get morphine.
Yeah, okay. Since it's so many double standards, I would legalize everything. But...people have to sign documents about "if they are found under intoxication of X, Y, or Z, and injure someone or kill someone, penalties are greatly increased, up to N years in prison"
barfing tell you feel like your bringing up organs is bad, I last got drank in 1994 at my brothers wedding, the bar was open and free and I got very very sick
