Do you flex in the mirror?
I do.

And don't lie.

when I'm trying to figure what's fat and what's over-built and under-utilized muscle, yes.

I look in the mirror as little as possible.

No I just go Neil Peart (drummer of Rush) slap my fat stomach when listening to drum solos

I kiss the mirror if that counts as flexing 🤷
I try to, but I'm too weak to tense my muscles enough to flex. I look more like spaghetti.

I don’t have a lot of muscles. I specifically trained by body to lose body fat without gaining muscle mass.

Cardio = Good
Weight Training = Bad

I wanna keep my cute looks. I even go as far as putting tea tree oil to have luscious hair. *plays with my pig tails*

No but sometimes I mean mug and buck up at my own reflection like I'm gonna beat me up. Gotta let that poser know who the real me is

Can you not be so uptight? You’re like that police officer who accidentally shot himself because he saw himself in a mirror with a gun.
No; I know what I look like and so does my boogeyman mirror.

Whatever you are doing Dax, you are winning. But hey maybe get a lil bit, maybe some pushups right. Pullups not good, but not bad right?

Post workout flexing is a common thing. . . .

How much are you selling this mirror for?

Maybe one day I’ll do push-ups. I wish my shoulders wasn’t so broad tho. But hey… I’m a guy so it can’t be helped.

If you're going to build muscles you want them as low on your body as possible. Otherwise you're pretty much playing chicken with overloading your frame so much that any exercise becomes impossible.

The same thing can happen in reverse, such that your legs are so heavy and your torso is so weak that you can't actually walk.

Really need a nice balanced frame where all the fat isn't just dumped in the midsection because betablockers.
