Scan your computer. Probably a data mining program is using your hardware.

i have tried, but i doubt a background program is causing this. task manager is all normal except the nvidia broadcast

Reinstall the whole OS.... get a proxy server... get a firewall.... get an anit virus with build in malware scanner... get a free vpn or buy one... get a life...

No not ok.... in the age where everyone in the world can get broadband... you have to

A: Hire people to break soft keyboard fingers (illegal)
B: Hire the police to arrest people for broad casting games without permission ( not very liberal and fair...)
C: Buy up ALL the private networks.... billions and trillions of monies
D: GO to school for like 40 years, become an electrical engineer, a degree in programming.... and a masters in communications so you can build your own networks
E: Sue the governments of the world for enabling government made spyware on your cheap eletronic crap....
F: Sue the bastards who make software with too many vulnerabilities with bad patches...

The list goes on it, its FU8KING GARBAGE, I would like to be able to enjoy a game in peace.
