90s cartoons hit different. We had Reboot, Freakazoid, Ren & Stimpy, Cow & Chicken, the whole Nickelodeon phase, Samurai Jack, Spongegebob, Batman TAS which is the greatest cartoon ever made ... Animaniacs, Tiny Toons, Captain Planet and the Planeteers, Toxic Crusaders,

and then the whole infusion of anime ... Dragon Ball Z, Ruroni Kenshin, and so on. Yeah, Cartoons are life. You name it, I've watched it, up until about 1999ish I'd say, when the whole adulting thing took time away from being a dork, but I still watch new stuff that I can.
