"Why do I fall in love with every woman I see who shows me the least bit of attention?" --Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind
"R e p t i l e" - Unidentified voice, Mortal Kombat (1995)
"After leaving home, I supported myself by doing odd jobs. For twenty dollars, I'd arrange the cash in your wallet, President-side up, in increasing denominations. That was standard. Specials included alphabetical arrangement by last name of Secretary of Treasury, by ascending or descending serial number, etc. I did a job for a lady who liked her wallet arranged with wrinkled bills up front and crispy bills toward the back. A transit cop once hired me to arrange his bills by shade; this is called the "the fade" - bright cash up front, bleached cash to the rear. Chacun a son gout.

Specials were extra, of course. You'd be amazed at what people won't do for themselves, or can't do because they have their weird little phobias. A guy once called me - a young guy, I'd say about twenty-five - and he wanted me to cut up his expired credit cards. The guy had this morbid fear of credit cards once they've expired. Obviously, there's some complex psychopathology involved here, but hey...."
- Mark Leyner
I've seen things you people wouldn't believe... Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion... I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain... Time to die. from the movie blade runner 1982

"You know the very powerful and the very stupid have one thing in common.
They don't alter their views to fit the facts.
They alter the facts to fit their views.
Which can be uncomfortable if you happen to be one of the facts that needs altering."

- Dr. Who
Well, I could put here every single quote from SAO: Alicization.
Plus the villain was so badass
But recently, I've rewatched the movie "Passengers" for the 4th time.
I liked that one quote; "It's funny. We all have dreams. We plan our futures like we're the captains of our fates. But we're passengers. We go where fate takes us."
- Aurora Lane, Passengers (2016)
Idk, just sounds cool for me
"If it lands heads, Abbie here takes all of this, with my blessing...but if it lands tails, I get to f*** your daughter, Mr. Golde..."
...
"Here. Toss the coin, Mr. Golde!"

Considering Dr. Who's entire purpose for existence essentially became altering the entire time-space continuum to fit his views (restoring his destroyed homeworld), one could argue that the Daleks weren't the villains after all.

"Absolute power does not corrupt absolutely, absolute power attracts the corruptible."

- Frank Herbert

“But love, he said, love was a fragile blossom; love was a delicate crystal; love was an unstable reaction with a half-life of about eight months. ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, I said, and accused him of wearing cultural blinders; thirty centuries of prewar society taught that love was one thing that could last to the grave and even beyond and if he had been born instead of hatched he would know that without being told!”
― Joe Haldeman, The Forever War
I still´ve a very bad feeling about this.
"You have no power'

lol... you sound like one of those people who root for the villains and boo the heroes...

Actually no... he never answered the question that should never be answered and didn't give the sign to the Time Lords to come back through... not even when it meant his own death.

The only true villains of Dr. Who were the WOKE writers after 2018...
