The first song is from the game Rez and if you haven't you should probably buy it I think since it revolves entirely around this kind of music (except Area X which is basically an expansion made much later that was not present in the oriiginal version of that game it has more melodic kind of music, personally I prefer it but sometimes I listen to this stuff too)

Not into techno at all, but Infinite Warfare (don't judge me, it's actually tons of fun regardless of what people online say) Zombies had a 90s rave map set in an imaginary forest camp in the Redwoods area by a lake with drugs that reveal secrets in the map and that kind of stuff. There's an area where music plays and this was one of the songs, I think it classifies as techno and I liked it a lot despite not being into the genre:
