The only dubstep song I like is the one which appears in Farcry 3 while burning the weed and because of the mision. Skrillex songs are all the same

Allow a Musician-in-training to explain.
Dubstep before Skrilly came around was actually pretty chill. Dubstep is classified by a half-time drum beat going kick, snare, kick-snare at around 140 BPM. It has a prominent sub-bass that is felt rather than heard.
Now some dubstep is pure earrape, with absolutely random sounds. This is the dubstep I might like at times, but not really. I honestly prefer melodic dubstep, even chilled dubstep. Here's a personal favorite here:

Dubstep varies from time to time, and this is on the border.
Oh, and don't confuse Electro, Glitch Hop, DnB, or any of those other genres with dubstep. It just gets on my nerves.
Dubstep rocks - especially Lindsey Stirling's stuff. Violin and wubs!
I think the biggest issue is that the word has just come to mean bad electronic music. The examples that are worth defending will typically just be grouped as some other kind of electronic music.
I love dubstep! (posting for a badge)
Hell no! It's horrible musi....no, music is not the word for it. It's horrible noise. I could get the same enjoyment out of listening to a Dial-Up modem and not have to waste as many brain cells while doing it.

dubstep are just all about the soundtrack, and few vocals, like "DIE DIE DIE" "and HE GOES" "DIE DIE" or "but 1st let me take a selfie" "but 1st let me take another selfie" which has no meaning for a song, and no feeing to it, is like happy but over hyped feeling or another words mix feelings

but to me Metal is better, because they have vocal emos, by singing, like MCR, GreenDay or Paramore, at least their songs has feelings, like sometimes we got to go or sometimes we got to be happy kinda song

and like they said, this generation is weird, even for a dumbass like 13 year olds and below kids like COD would even like Rave music, and doesn't know good music, i mean come on

Queen is even better than Skrillex,
