Because 95% of "dubstep" isnt actual true to format and its just garabge 140bpm tracks with modulated bass and somehow this is the crap that everyone passes around and ends up on tv and in movies.

Some songs actually slightly changed my opinion about it because I admit, I did generalize. Its just a shame that everything that sounds like absolute garbage gets attention nowadays. Maybe if they played that kind of sound I wouldn't have too much to complain about. However, I do firmly believe that the way technology has taken over music has ruined the "Personality" so to speak of artists.

MOST Rock bands and whatnot nowadays DO sound the same, because of the pitch perfect help of a computer. I just hope people will stop depending so much on the technology doing the creating, and more about the human beings doing the work. I like the gritty imperfections, a human voice unaltered, and hearing those lively instruments being played. Welp im tired as hell and I'm just rambling on. Bottom line, there is always something good out there in every kind of genre/ art. It just takes some searching.

Alright, this is my 3rd contribution to this thread.
There is a common misconception that dubstep is all BRZHJIUIFXTRYUWUBWUBWUB. This is not true.
Unlike most genres of music, where it is classified by sound, dubstep is classified by structure.
Those 3 structure points being:

1. Is at around 140 BPM
   
2. Drum beat is at a half-time kick-snare pattern. (Kick on first beat, then snare on 3rd. Rinse and repeat for every measure.)
   
3. Has a very prominent sub-bass

Most things on my favorites playlist takes more skill than that. There is no skill in clicking. Watch some of the dog videos, they take skills with pitching, and syncing, something dubstep takes no skill to do.

Hm... What about layering? Mastering? Making sure that everything stays smooth and equal?

I do admit I'm more of a Liquid Dubstep person myself. If it's just noise, then it gets the nope from me.
Dubstep like this and this appeal to me a LOT more than dubstep like THIS. Yeesh. It's just noise.
As for the genre of your track, I'd say REALLY FAST PACED hardcore.
