Nanosuit MK2 vs Mjolnir armor

As the title states, I want to see what you guys thing about The N2 vs the mjolnir armor. Note: We are talking bout the armor not who is using them.
Imo: Nanosuit 2
Reason : the nanosuit 2 can take multiple 50 cal sniper shots,while the mjolnir gets owned from a single one. Heck the nanosuit 2 took a gauss rifle to the chest from a few feet and sure, he was near death for a few seconds, but he recovered in mere seconds. If the mjolnir user were to hurt him to near death, the nanosuit 2 can just cloak, stay still, and heal in like 3 seconds.
Your thoughts, ideas ?

If only the H.E.V suit was an option, but only because it's cool-looking and can handle radiation and eletric shock. :3

Problem is it just gets sort of oneshotted from a headshot.

they can survive rocket jumping, dozens of minigun shots, flamethrowers, multiple point blank shotgun shots, grenades, sticky bombs, and the cow mangler 9000.
