While Heavy Rain was a pretty good story, I hated the gameplay or lack thereof. Same goes for B2S, except it didn't really have a story worth caring about.

Thats an excellant idea! I thought of something about that, forgot to put it there.
Red Dead 2 showed us how games can compete with television or cinema in terms of telling a rich and very serious story.
I think it would be cool if the game was done like A Plague Tale Innocence, like you could free roam parts of Stockholm and all of Hedestad in order to use clues to uncover what happened to Harriet.
It wouldn't be for everyone but I mean, now in 2021, we have Sherlock Holmes, Detroit: Becoming Human, The Last of Us, I don't see why The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo wouldn't work.
