I eat raw fish and eggs like a real man.
My personal fav is: Gaspari Nutrition MyoFusion Probiotic - 'Chocolate' or 'Cookies & Cream' in a protein shaker with water.
If your some girl just looking for taste, then I suggest: BSN Lean Dessert Protein - 'Fresh Cinnamon Roll', 'Chocolate Fudge Pudding', or 'Whipped Vanilla Cream' with skim milk.
As for raw fish and eggs - you actually get more protein absorption if you cooked them... 4-8 egg whites cooked into an omlette with some high protein meat and light cheese is quite a good breakfast.
