This is the internet where vitriol trash rains supreme. While I disliked this game myself, no man deserves to be harassed and Nintendo has said repeatedly they did not contact Apple nor moved with any copyright claims, so that should have been the end of it, leaving the game to live or die on it's own merits.

No one is buying phones for "tens of thousands of dollars" for it, that's completely and utterly rediculous. It violates Ebay's user agreements, and on Amazon, the most money of a phone with it was no more than 300 dollars.

it seems weird to me that the guy felt obligated to take it down because ppl were becoming addicted but he put it up for free so maybe thats true. such a simple game but its so frustrating alot of ppl just cant put it down.
