I don't actually have a "fevorite" one, like with most things, but there is one movie quote that gets used at my parents house: "Nun geh'n nochmal alle auf's Klo und dann reiten wir los". Yes, that's german. It's from a german western-parody movie "Manitou's Shoe[en.wikipedia.org]"; the quote is the bandit boss telling his guys to go to the toilet before they leave the camp.
