Depends on who is the least open group and classifies more things as perverted. And then it´s probably different if You have sex with that person, or if that person talks about their sexual preferences in some kind of survey.

But usually men go to prostitutes more often, so i guess in general they´re more perverted. I mean they don´t go there to just have sex, but also to do things they wouldn´t talk about with their female partners. Women usually have lovers for that, but it doesn´t involve payment, which is the perverted part if we want to see sex as some romantic thingy and not just as a natural act to feel good which can be payed for as a trade good. If You need to pay to get Your desires fulfilled, You´re probably perverted - if You´re not unlucky with certain body features. Most rapists are men, too. Most child abusers as well. It´s like 75% - 90% men and around 10% - 25% women...
So it´s pretty clear i guess.

My vote goes to men. If talking about "perverted" - and not "perverted", as in "we do something unusual which we both want to do, but say it´s perverted to sound more extraordinary and special, even if we both don´t think it´s perverted, as we both obviously do it - but this way we get some extra kick out of it, because we´re somehow prude at heart and unsure about our sexuality and ourselves as persons."

Women, but only because of the unnatural limitations dictated by engineers of society. There is a kind of war going on against women and their sexuality which has been going on for like 10k years and it includes tech beyond what lamestream considers existant or even feasible.

If you're into the weird stuff, you'd know that men are the only ones doing the weird of the weird. "Perverting" if you will. It's not even a demographic or makeup thing, like literally the only thing men do are the weirdest of the weird, the stuff that women won't even touch.
