That is a stupid rumor with no basis in reality. (Please age well) There are hundreds of thousands GTA 6 "leakers" on the internet, usually with no ways to prove their claims.

Same, and as far as I know, if it took 750GB's, either Rockstar programmed GTA6 on a computer hooked up to the Hadron Collider and it was cooled by several soviet nuclear coolent towers and was built in a data-farm twice the size of Googles entire data storage sector.

The largest game I've ever seen so far is either Starfield or Black Ops 4, both respectfully go between 110 to 160 GB's but one is a new game and the other has more graphics then actual content.

I haven't heard this rumor, and no one is going to believe that. the $150 is one thing, but that doesn't even surprise me, it would be the 750GB. No. Way.

Or maybe they're going full 8k support. 4K textures are said to be the main reason modern game filesizes are so big. 8k would be about four times as big. So that's halfway to 750 already.

jfc, Doesn't there become a point where the human eye can't even see the pixels anymore?
These improvements seem to be done only to sell hardware, or to say they've done it, not to make a better experience.

Time to make 16k and 24k look like jokes then!

nah it's gonna be 10 tb and the PC version is gonna be have a physical deluxe release that come with it's own external SSD and the price tag is gonna be 300 dollars.

i would pay if it was able to buy certain piece ie if i could buy a park or smth, break it up into 10 pieces and make it able so people can save money on content if they dont play it, like i seen once people just stopped in same location and never visited any other place, when i played gta samp i barely visited every place on the map, same for singleplayer game is much larger than what i was able to visit and see, and it should be able to devide game into playable areas based on what they paid for to make all people happy ie make base playable area and extended area for vip or extra price, that would concentrate people more on areas of map that are fun and not spread them out like a desert. or make lke a single area of map f2p to just see if they like it and for pc it is essential as technical issuies only appear when you actually play the game.

I'm more worried that it's gonna need an RTX 4080 just to get 60 fps with an upscalled to 1080P picture while having something ridiculous like 580P or 720P as an Internal rendering resolution.

A 4080 only have 16gb Vram, that wont be enough to run the game.

at this rate it's might as well be a ""cloud only game"" instead if you need even more just to boot the game.
