Not everyone sweats the same way, I'd have to be in for a serious work out or labour intensive day to get me there and even then I'm not going to suddenly start to smell like s**t so wouldn't make sense to be using deodorant all the time. Also hate it when someone goes overboard with deodorant or perfume in any room, I don't want to be smelling it if I'm 10m from you please.

It can cause pimples, skin infections, in some cases skin cancer.
Also your body uses sweating for temperature regulation.

Deodorants != Antiperspirant

Deodorants tend to go on clothes and only mask odour. Even if they are sprayed on the skin they have absolutely no affect on sweat. Antiperspirants on the other hand do combat sweat

Okay now that makes sense. Always wondered what was the difference. Forgot to search for the information.

basically you close off all pores and stuff goes to places with least resistance which means it goes deeper inside your body instead of sweating out.
It caused such infections which grew so much connective tissue around it inside me they had to cut it all out and had to spend some time in hospital. they cut somehting out that was like 5 cm by 2,5cm and cut more just in case.
The surgeon said it was nasty in there with some real hard tissue grown like a shell around it.
I had it on both arms so it sucked hard at that time and I also went way too late to the doctor cause stupid me thought it will go over by itself until there was the day I couldn't move my arm anymore and really had to stop work.

the surgeon also asked if I wanted to keep my "bullets" that were taken out and take them home with me, but I only looked at him as if he lost his mind:steamhappy:

As long as they wash themselves regularly, they don't tend to stink.
People that over-do deodorant however, unbearable.
Ever rode the RER during morning rush hour? Really makes you wonder what's wrong with Parisians.
