I strongly recommend you to buy the Steam version of Doom 64 instead of the original game because the last stage in the original game is much worse than everything else and is a huge disappointment, the game is fantastic and the final stage is just lame and will leave a bad taste in your mouth.
The best thing about the new version is that there is an expansiion that you can play after the original game and the last stage in that expansion is good enough, I know some people complain that the secret keys are not secret anymore and are used as common keys in this expansion but at least the stage is fun and interesting and don't leave a bad taste in your mouth right at the end of the game.
You still have to play the original ending level of course but at least you still have something better to play after that.
Eternal Darkness
Twilight Princess
1080° Avalanche
and to stay away from Super Mario Sunshine because it is one of the worst 3D Mario games, maybe the worst of them all, expecially if you are a fan of Mario games.
If you don't even know who Mario is and don't care about that then I think it is not too bad, but not particularly good either. It is hard to compare it to other platformers when you have much higher expectations, but compared to other games it can probably be considered average.
Metroid Fusion, Metroid Zero Mission, Final Fantasy Tactics, Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow, Shining Soul 1 and 2, any of the main Pokemon games on it
Original DS
Rune Factory 3 (1 and 2 have aged poorly), Digimon Dawn/Dusk, Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days, Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown Wars, Contra 4, Chrono Trigger (DS version is the best imo), any of the main Pokemon games on it
Gamecube
Legend of Zelda: Windwaker, Metroid Prime, Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem, Soulcalibur 2, Pokemon Colosseum, Tak 1 and 2, P.N.0.3
PSP
God of War: Chains of Olympus and Ghost of Sparta, Persona 3, Kingdom Hearts Birth By Sleep, Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories, BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger
XBOX (first one)
Halo 1 and 2 (obvious but still), Morrowind, Jade Empire, Ninja Gaiden Black, Area 51, Evil Dead: Degeneration, Fatal Frame 1 and 2 (Xbox version has extra content)
I could list more but I don't wanna take up a ♥♥♥♥ ton of space

Can really only recommend Genesis games thats what i grew up with never had Many NES games.
N64: Banjo Kazooie, Zelda (Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask), Super Mario 64, Goldeneye 64, Yoshi's Story, Jet Force Gemini.
Also, can'tr believe the Game Cube is already considered old. I really feel old, and I haven't even reached 40.
Are they all used of are some new as well? All sonic games for sure, zelda ocarina of time,on snes secret of mana,on xbox halo
Star Ocean, Dragon Quest VI: Realms of revelation, Chrono Trigger
DS
Fire Emblem - The blazing blade, Sword of Mana, Riviera: The promised land
Gamecube
Eternal Darkness, Baten Kaitos, Fire Emblem: Path of radiance
Sega Genesis
Phantasy Star IV, The Story of Thor, Shining and the Darkness
PSP
Ys Seven, Dynasty Warriors, Ratchet & Clank
I do not have the NES, Xbox or Nintendo 64 or really have access to them before so it is not easy to recommend a game for these.
Mario 1-3 and World are the pinnacle of the series. Both the originals and SNES All-Stars versions and the GBA versions. And play the GBC Deluxe version of 1 on GBA.
Ocarina of Time is still the #1 greatest of all time of any sort. Link's Awakening is a close 2nd. And Minish Cap on GBA needs more love.
Perfect Dark still holds up.
The best Mario Karts are a tie between 64 and DS.
Get the DS version of Chrono Trigger.
Play the PSP versions of Final Fantasy 1 and 2, since the Pixel remasters are going to cut a lot of content. Also, Tactics: War of the Lions.
The Dracula X Chronicles collection on PSP is the definitive versions of Rondo of Blood and Symphony of the Night.
Revenge of Shinobi and Streets of Rage 1 and 2 are two of the best on Genesis. Yuzo Koshiro writing the music for them is just coincidental.
Sonic 1-3 and Knuckles and Spinball are all legends. But the franchise went to crap after that. Adding Overlanders/Humans everywhere on the Dreamcast was bullcrap.
I actually like Zero Mission better than Super Metriod. It has the perfect balance of elements from the Original and Super and Fusion. Not that the original and Super and Fusion aren't worth playing, too.
Megaman 1-6. 7 is just okay. I really enjoyed 8, but isn't on any of those. The Megaman X era started off pretty cool, if depressing, but got kind of silly and VERY depressing as things went on.
