So are you familiar with the Cart Narcs? They are basically heroes in my book, we need more people like this.

I used to work in a parking lot collecting carts as my first job. I liked when people would leave their carts far away because it'd give me more to do, kill some more time, get me some more exercise, etc.

So... They do pay people to get it and some of those paid people prefer to walk to get it.

I don't think Cart Narcs are needed, seems like a troll more than a hero.

If you pee on the toilet seat somebody is paid to clean that up to, but I assume you don't do that.
